Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Babylon, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
A flat roof leak rarely shows up directly above where the water actually entered — membrane systems move water laterally before it drips through.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair scheduling is built around minimizing disruption to your Babylon business operations.
Membrane Flat Roof Repair credentials cover commercial licensing requirements across Babylon, NY.
Local Babylon dispatch minimizes business disruption with scheduling around your operating hours.
Membrane type and repair scope are itemized separately in every Flat Roof Repair estimate.

Here's what falls under our Babylon Flat Roof Repair service for commercial and low-slope roofs.
TPO seam separation gets properly heat-welded, not just caulked over as a temporary fix.
EPDM punctures and seam failures are patched with compatible materials, not a mismatched quick fix.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
We reseal and reflash equipment curbs as part of a thorough Flat Roof Repair inspection.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
On-site assessment identifies the membrane type and the actual cause of the issue.
Drainage and ponding issues are assessed alongside any visible membrane damage.
A completed Flat Roof Repair includes a walkthrough of what was repaired and why.
